My name is Dr. Dyanis Conrad-Popova and I am an Assistant Professor of Curriculum & Instruction at the University of South Dakota. I am also the 2021 President of Dakota TESOL [Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages] and teach multiple courses related to working with culturally and linguistically diverse populations.
My work centers on educational equity, culturally responsive and anti-bias practices, critical social justice, and the deconstruction and disruption of colonial legacies.
